The brief for this project was to fully refurbish and redesign this period property. This spanned preparation of drawings and tender documents to choosing all the finishes and furnishings. The project was delivered in just under six months while the client was living abroad during lock down. The living spaces were opened up to create better flow and provide a convenient home-office space. One the upper floors rooms were reconfigured to create a master bedroom suite with a dressing room and bathroom.
